Unfortunately on the 6th of April 2018 I lost my 27 year old Cousin Simon also known as Si. Simon was born with a congenital Heart Condition and had many operations through out his life, Unfortunately things got worse at the start of this year, Simon became very ill, and was left fighting everyday in the Golden Jubilee Hospital. Simon was in the Scottish Adult Cardiac Congenital Service ward also known as (SACCS), the doctors were amazing with Si and always made him feel Comfortable and done everything they could to reassure him everyday .In March unfortunately Simon had to get transferred to Freemans Hospital in Newcastle to await a Heart Transplant. Unfortunately Si passed away before a heart donor became available Simon was always so positive and is the bravest person I've ever known. Simon fought for most of his life and never gave up. Si always said " once I get a new heart ill get to live a normal life." Simon Will Always be in the hearts of his family & friends.

In Simons Memory I am going to be completing a 160ft bungee jump. Simon would have loved to do this as he was always up for a good laugh. All Donations will be going to The Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow, Ward - SACCS, for all there kind and loving help towards my cousin Simon. No matter how small or big the donation is, every bit will help us to raise money in memory of Simon.
