Weʼve raised £20 to purchasing new baby equipment for local families in need.

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Many expectant mums will have anxiously looked at the list of things needed for a new baby – the moses basket, pram, bouncy chair, cot, pram clothes etc etc… Maybe you were lucky and able to borrow from friends and family, or financially able to enjoy a big shopping trip. Imagine though if you were a young mum having a baby before your peers or find yourself having a baby in a crisis such as homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or in financial hardship.
But the great thing is we know there are also lots of families who would love to find a good home for their recycled baby gear, there just needed to be a way to make this possible.
With this in mind a small group of mums were inspired to start up Little Bundles in Cambridge. With inspiration from other groups around the county, and initially as an NCT project with left-overs items from NCT Sales the idea took shape. In August 2008 Little Bundles was formally established; we operate as an “unincorporated association” (a voluntary not-for-profit group with a turnover under £5K, we work hard to keep our overheads as low as possible).
Little Bundles in Cambridge works across the Cambridge region, for example as far afield as Huntingdon and March. (There are in fact other similar Little Bundles type projects around the UK which all operate independently, so do search for a local organisation if you are outside of Cambridge.)
