Weʼve raised £370 to help fund new steps and a new path through St Peter's Churchyard, Littleover

Funded on Sunday, 17th March 2019

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

St Peter's Church Littleover, is in the heart of the village and opposite The White Swan pub. The steps and footpath through the churchyard belong to Derby City Council but they do not have the funds to make improvements.

We want this path to be safer for the community, especially the elderly residents of Barncroft sheltered housing scheme who use this path daily to go up to the village. Plenty of children and families also come through daily on their way to school.

We've already refurbished the steps at a cost of £5,000

The path will be completely relaid at a cost of £8,000, and work will start on Mon 7th January 2019 for approx. one week.

Currently this bill is paid for entirely by St Peter's Church - please help - even if it's only £10 - your contribution will be gratefully received!
