I've raised £10000 to buy professionally built aviaries for birds, to add more incubators for animals needing critical care, and keep up with the costs.

The Littlest Wildlife Hotel was set up by Nikki Rule-Jackson in 2019, it rapidly became used by local people who found injured and orphaned animals, by 2020 it was rescuing animals from a wider area in Cornwall and ended the year with 40 hedgehogs, 8 pigeons and 4 collared doves.
This was the absolute capacity on the number of animals that could be rescued, despite there being more that needed help, there was genuinely no room at the inn.
There has been media interest since a post on Facebook in January 2021 went viral and BBC Radio Cornwall interviewed Nikki regarding the post requesting birds nests to be made for the forthcoming baby season 2021. Fortunately, the public have taken this to heart during the 3rd lockdown within a year due to the Covid 19 pandemic, and the response has been amazing.
I think that I may get more animals this year and I’d like to have the space and not turn anyone away. So I’d really like your support to make this happen and help more wildlife.
More interest in the hotel happened after a short film of Nikki and the Littlest Wildlife Hotel appeared on the BBC 1 television show The One Show (26/5/21).
