Story
Staff at Livingston Care Home have decided to engage in a number of events in order to fund the creation of a Sensory Room within the home.
Sensory Rooms are therapeutic areas which are particularly beneficial for those of our residents who have Dementia.
The room needs to be re-decorated and then fitted out with various audio and tactile items which will offer our residents a safe place to relax and enjoy different experiences.

7 years agoLivingston Care Home The date of our walk has been changed to 9 September 2017. This is to accommodate an increasing number of staff members who wish to take part. It also gives us a little more time to raise funds for our cause !! Please keep donating, we are getting there and are grateful to all those who have already boosted our funds!! Thank you

7 years agoOn 22 July 2017, we will be walking over the Forth Road Bridge. Staff are asking for sponsors and we have a donation bucket at reception in the Home.
