Like a lot of people, we have had a challenging time of late and our youngest child Florence has needed some additional support. We have found that the help and services from two charities has been invaluable to Florence and in turn us.

Noel and I have each signed up for a run/walk challenge this year, and would like to raise some funds to be shared between the two charities, as a thank you to them. Any money raised will be split evenly between the two.

I am signed up for the Hardwolds 40 in June - this a trail ultra following the Wolds Way from Beverley to Malton. (about 44miles, with a fair number of ups and downs)

Noel is signed up for Hope24 in Devon in July. This is basically, how many laps of a 5mile course can you do in 24 hours.....
