A few short months ago I was in a living nightmare, due to a serious lack of sleep and stress my life fell apart. I had a nervous breakdown which led to psychosis. I was sectioned under the mental health act in the scariest place I’ve ever been! I cannot unsee what I have gone through. It was the worst experience of my life!

I’m doing my best to heal the damage which has been done I have to share my story, open up and speak the truth via my writing, so that’s what I’ve done. Within 2 weeks the first draft was ready. Now it‘s time to get this book out into the world, I intend to manifest a publisher but for now I would love to be able to have printed copies available for everyone who would like to read about what happened.

Plus it saves me having to keep replaying the nightmare which unfolded !
