Soooo...... 10k of mud and obstacles!!! Yes it's that time of year. I will be undertaking mud monsters on the 3rd of June.

This year there are two charities I would like to support.
First is leukemia UK. As you probably know my lovely mother in law jenny and our superstar Janice have been diagnosed with leukemia and I felt it was time to help those who give invaluable help and support to our friends and family. Bloodwise is a charity who have help both these lovely ladies.

The second charity is the slaughter House survivors. This is a charity set up by 3 girls teaching English in China who have been so affected by the way dogs are treated in the dog meat trade that they are literally building a shelter as this goes out to rescue and treat as many animals as possible and get them to safety. The cruelty these animals endure is horrific and I think these girls are amazing.

Both these are very close to my heart and I would be very grateful for support
