In the time I've been on the waiting list for the gender identity clinic, the waiting list has gone from 3 years to 5 years for a first appointment, and then several more years for surgery. It's hard to feel like I can make any progress like this.

I don't want my life to be spent waiting, so I have opted to go private, but private top surgery costs a lot.

Top surgery can cost up to £8000 privately, and there are additional costs like a gender dysphoria diagnosis, travel and recovery time/expenses. So I'm asking for help x
