Yn ystod yr haf bydd 4 aelod o Glwb Pel Droed Llanrug, clwb lleol sydd yn dibynnu yn llwyr ar noddwyr a rhoddion i gadw y clwb i fynd, yn rhedeg Ras Ryngwladol Yr Wyddfa.Bydd Matthew, Sam , Phil a Owain yn rhedeg er mwyn codi pres ar gyfer yr heriau su dal i godi wrth drio cadw clwb lleol fel hyn i fynd.

Yn dilyn digwyddiad diweddar o fandaliaeth a difrod i’r cae ac y cyfleusterau, mae gan yr hogiau cymhelliad pellach i gwblhau y ras ac i godi godi pres ir clwb sydd wir eu angen ar ôl yr weithrediadau amharchus yma.

Byddai Clwb Pel Droedd Llanrug yn hynod ddiolchgar am unrhyw rhodd i gefnogi y clwb.

Mewn Undeb Mae Nerth

This summer, 4 members of Llanrug United FC , a local football club run by volunteers who rely heavily on sponsorship and donations to maintain the running costs of the club, are running Ras Ryngwladol Yr Wyddfa (Internation Snowdon Race). Matthew , Sam, Phil and Owain will be running to raise money for the ongoing costs of maintaining the football club.

Following a recent incident of vandalism and damages to the ground and its facilities , its has given further motive for the boys to run the race and raise as much money as possible to help the club that are desperately in need after these actions of utmost disrespect.

Llanrug United and the local community would be very greatful for any donations made possible to help the club
