It is now 30 years since we have been Clwb Pel Droed Llanystumdwy Football Club. However, without your support we will be no more.
We have been self-sufficient for the last 29 years, this year severe weather and closure of our club shop in Criccieth have resulted in unstainable losses. We now face the fact we will be unable to continue as a football club like so many other clubs in North Wales that have ceased to exist in the last few years.
As a club we have tried and continue to improve our facilities to guarantee another 30 years plus of providing a football club to the local community, by spending £15k in the last two years on creating a new pitch in the village. This money has been raised by the club with no financial support from the FAW or any other agencies. Our attempt in creating a dream of a new pitch and the timing of of the one of the worse winters on record has led us to this.
As such, it pains me to ask all ex-players, perents of many of the 100's of children who have played and trained and anyone who shares a love of grassroots football for your support.

Bellach mae wedi bod yn 30 mlynedd ers i ni fod yn Glwb Pel-Droed Llanystumdwy. Fodd, bynnag, heb eich cefnogaeth, ni fyddwn yn fwy.
Rydym wedi bod yn hunangynhaliol dros y 29 mlynedd ddiwethaf, eleni, mae y tywydd difrifol a gorfod cau siop ein clwb yng Nghricieth wedi arwain at golledion arianol i'r clwb.
Fel clwb, rydym wedi ceisio, ac yn parhau i wella ein cyfleusterau trwy wario £15000 yn ystod y ddwy flynedd ddiwethaf ar greu cae newydd yn y pentref. Codwyd yr arian hwn gan y clwb heb unrhyw gymorth ariannol gan FAW neu unrhyw asiantaethau eraill. Mae ein hymgais i greu breuddwyd o gael cae newydd yng nghanol un o'r gaeafau gwaeth ar record wedi arwain at hyn.
Rydym mor agos at gwblhau ein breuddwyd o fod yn berchen ar ein cae pel-droed ein hunain, a fudd i genedlaethau'r dyfodol.
