World Mental Health Day is a global annual event aimed at raising awareness of mental health and addressing associated stigma.

The World Mental Health Day Event is a way of working collaboratively towards addressing the needs of our local communities. This day will provide an opportunity for individuals and members of the local community to engage with providers of services, as well as giving the chance to local organisations and partners to showcase the quality and quantity of services available within Cwm Taf.

We are raising funds in order to provide activities and taster sessions throughout the day…such as holistic therapies, taster sessions and anything that helps with your wellbeing.

Lucy Foster, who is part of the planning group from Interlink will do a zip wire with volunteers and service users from the project.
