LOCKDOWN JUKEBOX 2.0
As we enter the 2nd UK national lockdown, it is no doubt a difficult time for many.
I am an Alt-folk Musician, touring and recording on the UK national scene, and I want to raise money to support the mental health charity MIND.
I will be aiming to release a music video each day of the lockdown on my social media channels. If you watch them and enjoy them please consider donating a few spare pennies to this page. Anything you might have will be great.
This project has the added bonus of providing an influx of new music for those feeling trapped in and missing the live music scene.

Some key findings from the Mind website help us to understand the scale and nature of the problem we face collectively:
More than half of adults and over two thirds of young people said that their mental health has gotten worse during the period of lockdown restrictions
Feelings of loneliness have made nearly two thirds of people’s mental health worse during the past month, with 18–24 year olds the most likely to see loneliness affect their mental health.
A quarter of adults and young people who tried to access support were unable to do so
A third of young people with existing mental health problems are self-harming to cope.
