I have set up this crowd funding page to help a young local lady find her feet.
Lois has suffered severe anorexia nervosa and psychological trauma for many years and is currently a patient at St George's Hospital in Stafford receiving treatment for this. She desperately wants to do a distance learning course in medicine and health. The course costs £3,384 ( with a 10.% discount if paid in full) this is money which Lois simply does not have and due to being registered as homeless is unable to get any help. Louis's team at St George's are keen for her to do the course to give her something to focus on and start to make plans for her future. This will give Lois the entry she will require get into Keele University to study medicine.
Many of you from Bridgnorth will know or have heard of Lois, she is a very good photographer, an amazing singer / songwriter with a huge heart, evident in her caring for animals.
If you can spare a few pounds to go towards the course that would be amazing or if you have any ideas for fundraising or any grants available to her I would love to hear from you.
