Looby has recently been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and requires an operation on both her rear legs, she is only 5 years old. Looby is my mum's retirement companion, they literally do everything together. It breaks my heart to see my mum so upset and I just want to help her anyway I can. I've never done anything like this before and I'm unsure how it all works but any help would be great. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
