My names Lorna and between the 5th-19th August 2017 i am travelling to South Africa. During my stay i will be...

- Constructing housing and bathrooms for families
- Teaching English to primary school children
- Renovating schools
- Counting eggs, observing, capture and release of crocodiles
- Working with cheetahs in a rehabilitation, breeding and release program

I am very passionate about English. Not only is it the subject I'm studying at university but it is also a subject i wish to use for the rest of my life by becoming an English teacher. English is one of the most useful languages to read, write and speak and by being able to teach English to these children i will help them to achieve a stable job opportunity and open many doors into a better and bright future.

Donations will not only help me pay for my flights and accommodation but also will be put towards building materials and hiring local skilled trade people for building projects.

I am very excited for this life changing opportunity as it will provide me with an insight to teaching, let me explore a beautiful country and most importantly let me change lives for the better.
