    Story

Andy is running a 50k (31 mile) race, "the canalathon", which is the length of the Rochdale Canal from Manchester to Sowerby Bridge. He is hoping to raise money to support his daughter, Connie, represent England in the Dance World Cup this July in Portugal. Connie and some of her friends from Glendale Theatre Arts School in Worthing, have been selected to represent England which is an amazing achievement but the opportunity comes with no funding and so they need to finance not only their travel and accommodation but also their England kit.

Andy loves nothing more than a bonkers challenge and has raised money for a variety of causes in the past. On this occasion he has decided to support a cause very close to home, Connie!!
