Story

We are raising money to help build and equip a school for a remote farming community in Zambia. This school will provide an education for these children that they would otherwise not receive, as although there are state-run schools, the cost of transportation to them is prohibitive to the members of this community. The education that the children will receive from the school we build will be of the same standard as the state-run schools, and the children will earn the same nationally recognised qualifications.

In the summer of 2018, a group of 6th formers from a school in Sutton, Surrey, will be travelling out to Zambia, to help with the construction of the school. As you can imagine, this will be very labour intensive, but hugely rewarding for both the farming community and the students undertaking this task.

We would be immensely grateful for any donations you feel able to give.

Thank you for spending the time reading!
