On Monday 7th October 2024, my sister-in-law Nicola McNeil sadly passed away.

Nicola was only 22, at university studying to become a teacher. She had her whole life in front of her, with so many plans and ambitions.

Following complications after a heart operation, she fought so hard for 10 weeks before it all became too much for her and she passed away with the family surrounding her.

I am raising money for the family to help with funeral costs at this difficult time, to give Nicola the send off she deserves.

Nicola’s mum and dad are both retired and after loosing their son, Paul, two years ago I don’t want any more pressure put on their family. As no parents should need to say goodbye to one child, let alone two.

Nicola leaves behind her parents, big sister Megan, her niece and two nephews, as well as her partner Becca.
