Safe Empowerment is a charity helping support, protect and guide childen and adults that have been affected by domestic abuse.

As a family having grown up around addiction and abuse, I know how life-changing the right support can be. Safe Empowerment provides guidance, safe spaces, and hope for individuals and families, helping them rebuild confidence and create brighter futures 🌟

Even better… Rosie and LJ, amongst some of the Safe Empowerment team, are joining me for the jump! 🎉
