Story

My puppy was bought as a companion dog for daughter who suffers from post traumatic stress syndrome.

My puppy suddenly became very poorly a few months ago when she started to vomit all food and water that she consumed, later that night her breathing became very shallow and we rushed her to the vets. As she was only just coming to the end of her first vaccination period she had not left the boundaries of our back yard. Yet the vet thinks she had ingested something poisonous possibly thrown over the fence by a neighbour whom we have been having some issues with. It was touch and go if our puppy would survive and she was in and out of vet hospital for the next four weeks including a 2 week stay. Because our puppy is a companion dog for my daughter she means the world to her and we had to choice to keep fighting for her life and ensure she got all the medical care she needed whilst accumulating a hefty vet bill.

The vet bill has arose because we cannot get any animal medical help by the PDSA as they have withdrawn their funding in the part of Scotland that we live and I am a full time carer with very limited funds.

Please if you can help us contribute to any of our bill my family and i especially my daughter would be very grateful.
