Story
I'm hoping to raise some much needed funds for one of our closest friends, Tom Thornely of Buxton Cycling Club.
He was tragically hit by a car on Tues 20th July and was airlifted to Stoke Hospital where he is in a relatively bad way. He's suffered a broken neck, fingers and both legs are broken in multiple places.
Many people will know him as a great character and a great time trialer.
He's going to be needing a lot of medical assistance as well as his partner Charlotte incurring a massive amount of traveling expenses visiting.
I'm hoping to to raise some much needed funds to help them out in their time of need. Anything you could donate however small would be very much appreciated and be gladly received as Tom is self employed.
Many thanks for reading this. We wish him a speedy recovery.
Lou xx
