Story

I am turning the big 50 in June and feel a need to challenge myself in what is left of my 40's!! Nothing like leaving it to the week before it though!!!

The challenge is a walk from the source of the River Thames in the Cotswolds to the Thames Barrier in London over 9 days, averaging just over 20 miles a day! 184 miles in total. We will be staying in small hotels or B and B's overnight and then continuing the next day, until the end! Don't fear, I'm not on my own, I'm walking with my friend Sarah Pryor.

Instead of presents I thought it would be more special to try and raise some money for two important charities that have helped our family through nearly 15 years since Sophie was diagnosed with Autism and we needed help and support from them. They are always there for us and the staff in both charities are fabulous! If you would like to sponsor me, I would be most grateful.

Thank you so much Lou xx
