My daughter Chelsea was hit by a road rage driver when she was 15, over 12 years ago. She is now 27 years old and is married with 2 sons, 5 & 7 years old.
In the last 12 years, she has endured over 80+ operations to try and save her leg. In January 2017, she was told by her surgeon that there was no more that they could do and the only option left for her was amputation. This was due to many complications with her knee and her foot. Chelsea had her leg amputated July 26th. Chelsea and her little family need a lot of help and care, and her husband has had to take so much time off work to care for her and the boys. They live only on one income.
I'm reaching out to get them some help, to support them through the next few months of rehab, and make life easier without the worry of financial burdens.
