Hannah and Louise are taking part in Tough Mudder 2017, running 10-12 miles of mud and obstacles to raise money for two local charities who offer support to families in North Lanarkshire and further afield.

Chris's House is a suicide awareness charity with aims to reduce the number of people dying by suicide, to support those affected by suicide and raise awareness of it. Their vision is 'To establish a safe environment where people in crisis may have respite from their situation, by finding refuge and help at Chris's House. After 1-off assistance from Chris's House we encourage individuals to take advantage of the therapies available in our Hub.'.

The Union of Catholic Mothers is an organisation who aim to support our communities through ''prayer, love and active witness to marriage, family and Christian life in the world'. Throughout their 100 year history they have been involved in current affairs, particularly those that impact on family life, lobbying our MPs and MEPs to protect the marginalised and vulnerable in society both home and abroad. They are affiliated to other like minded organisations, are active in our parishes and support each other in love and prayer.
