Established in 1986, Gordon Park ELC is a small charity which is run by a parent-led committee and based near the centre of Ellon. It delivers a high quality of learning for 2, 3 and 4 year olds and incorporates lots of fun indoor and outdoor play. The children can often be seen on walks around Gordon Park and particularly enjoy trips to McDonald woods.

As with all charities, our fundraising activities have been severely impacted due to COVID-19. We rely on fundraising which enables us to purchase resources for the children. Our first fundraising event will take place on Tuesday 8th and Friday 11th December. The children (in their class bubbles) and staff will be participating in a ‘Santa Welly Waddle’ around Gordon Park. A big walk for little legs!!

Our aim is to raise £1500. This money would be used to purchase and install a Smart Board. Smart boards bring learning to life and are proven to enhance learning. It will also prepare the children for Primary School where they are widely used. If we are fortunate to raise more than our target, then this would be used to improve our outdoor space area.

We recognise that these are difficult times, therefore any donation large or small would be greatly appreciated.
