John Sheppard spent his working life in education teaching English and then progressing to lead The Hereford Academy.    He was the driving force in getting the new school built leaving a lasting legacy for the South Hereford community. 

John was passionate about providing the best and most appropriate opportunities for all pupils and staff.

Our love goes out to his wife and two sons.

Alison and her family have asked that the money raised be donated to the Bobby Moore Cancer charity.
