    Story

I am very proud of my dad for being in the RAF. Life can be tough, moving, making new friends, changing schools and being apart from him days, weeks and months. I would like to raise money and awareness of the challenges a forced child faces. Missing a parent on special occasions can be hard. During this time regarding Covid 19 many families are apart due to travel commitments if they are deployed. I want everyone to know that you are not alone and that there is a wonderful charity "little troopers"who can support families during these times. Raising money can be tough, more so in theses current times and is the reason I want to raise some money. I pledge to hack 30 miles on my young pony Cwki over the next month to raise money. I shall provide updates of our journey and shall be starting on Saturday. Please take a look at there web site and follow my journey raising money. The dandelion is the milItary child flower, and the poem provides insight to how we live.Thank you for reading.

Half way point almost... I have enjoyed spending time with my pony. I have only been riding her since the start of the year. My first hacks started when I began this challenge so we have been learning together. I have had some interesting conversations with mum and dad whilst out and about and today we enjoyed saying hi to the cows. Cwki is my best friend and we are learning to trust each other more each day.
