I lost ny mum to sepsis two years ago aged only 66. Her loss left our family devastated. Mum always wanted me to lose weight but due to illness and medcation ( steroids) , its very difficult. However , i have decided to try to lose 30kg, admitting to myself the need to improve my health and raise awareness of sepsis, whch kills people every day
