I'm going to be running my first half marathon, in Liverpool on the 23rd March 2025 and will be trying to raise £300 for All 4 Inclusion a CIC that supports the disabled community providing groups that help to reduce social isolation.

By understanding why there is a lot of loneliness and social isolation within the disability community All 4 Inclusion is creating spaces where disabled people can come together, enjoy company, support each other and have some fun.
