Me & Alfie are running the Mental Elf run this Sunday 1st December 5k

Alfie wanted to do this with me to raise money to say thank you to APP for the amazing peer support they provide, and also the money will go towards christmas presents to the mothers & babies on the Chorley Mother & Baby unit. from my own experience being away from home over christmas can be hard, so would love to make the mums smile with a gift for them and there baby! 💜💚
