Thanks for all your support it means so much to me. Everything was going fine until I was told my scan for 2 areas is £630. My friend can't help more and I'm grateful she's doing what she can. I know need to desperately raise a bit more to be able to do this. My health problems affect me mentally and I deal with small situations badly and have a breakdown. This week has been tough so will be off to the doctors tomorrow for help with what's going on mentally. Knowing I have so many good friends on here keeps me sane and id like to thank you allx

I have spoken to the sancta Maria today regarding the mri. I thought it was £500 but as its to areas its £630 so my friend cannot add that extra to her credit card as I can only make min payments each month. I know need to find the extra and I'm mentally struggling as I need this scan and its affecting me mentally badly. I need my life to improve and it won't until I get this mri then surgery. I wont be cured but will have better mobility than I do now This news has devastated me. I may have additional consultant costs I can't afford this.

Having a call from my surgeon secretary on a Sunday was a new thing. Asking if id booked my mri. Lost my temper slightly (not her fault buy in a lot of pain today) told her no. They are also checking my herniated disks during this mri to get all information for the general surgeons and the spinal team to do my spinal surgery which will hopefully allow me to not havr excruciating nerve pain, have feeling in my feet and little things like wiggle my toes. So the call was positive but asking have I had my mri was insulting.
