    Story

This is my 9 year old son Max. Max loves animals and wildlife- he especially has a love for dogs. Max visits Tia greyhound and lurcher rescue centre and Animal sanctuary (at Wroot near Finningly, Doncaster) every weekend where he enjoys volunteering to walk the rescue dogs, feed the other rescue animals and genrally spend time fussing and talking to all the animals. Max recently saw a sign at Tia advertising that they are planning on building a new kennel block and any donations towards this would be very greatfully recieved. Max asked if we can donate some money- he then chose to arrange this sponsored event to raise as much money as possible to benefit his new friends at Tia. He found out they are planning on building 20 new kennels- so Max plans on riding 20 laps around Askern lake on his scooter- 1 lap per kennel. This will be quite an acheivement for him as it is just under 7 mile!! Good luck Max, your friends and family are right behind you!
