Weʼve raised £2,090 to help Charlie's bike appeal and the "Be More Bailey" Foundation

Funded on Friday, 24th August 2018

    Story

Info on the Be More Bailey Foundation: We are trying to raise funds to help purchase an adapted disabled bike for Charlie who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy.

Charlie is nearly 9 years old and an adapted disabled bike would mean that he could join in on family bike rides with his 3 younger brothers, enjoy more independence and be able to do some of the things we all take for granted . These bikes vary in cost from £3,500 to £5,000 This equipment would last into adulthood so would give many years of happiness and independence to Charlie.

Please find it in your heart to dig as deep as possible and share this worthy cause. Charlie deserves to experience life as much as possible like any other able child. And the pain that we will feel on the first of July should NOT go by without being used to support a great cause!!

We were inspired to support Charley because he is exactly the type of individual that our sponsored charity the Be More Bailey Foundation aims to help. Bailey Mathews is somewhat of a celebrity in the world of triathlon, and his charity aims to help children just like Charley access the help, support and equipment they need to get involved in sport.

Here's a clip of Bailey finishing one of his events. His enthusiasm and determination are inspiring. We hope on the 1st July we can still muster a similar amount of determination and enthusiasm to cross our finish line!!

100% off your donations will be going to help children access sport

Thank you all Dig Deep. PLEASE!!
