Having public access to a defibrillator in an emergency can be life saving, especially in rural areas where response times may be longer. If we can save one life it will be very worth it. We are running 5 exercise classes to raise money for a defibrillator for the community in and around Towngate Works Industrial Estate, where my gym is situated. We will set up for 30 people to exercise each hour on Sunday 25th July 2021 from 7.45am, then 9am, 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm. To book on please message me, Lou on 07967 968479.
