We are raising money for Sunderland Maternity Unit in memory of our first born daughter Amelia. She was born in Sunderland Royal Hospital Maternity Unit on 22nd January, 2018 where she gained her angel wings 12 minutes after her birth. Amelia knew nothing but love from family but also from the staff which looked after us throughout our pregnancy and after she was born.

All of the staff who work in the maternity units were incredibly compassionate and respectful and took amazing care of our angel. They enabled us to have some precious time with Amelia and make some unfortgettable memories.

We wish to acknowledge the incredible work the staff do on a daily basis but also give something back to the unit that most of us have or will use at some time in our life. We are fundraising to help buy some much needed equipment which will help all families that use the maternity services.
