Our non muslim neighbor has a very rare and special condition, on which the doctors have referred her to a specialist team in Prague which can fix her condition. The problem is that they cannot afford this.
If she does not undergo this treatment ASAP, they have told her she will not have long to live. They have decided that if they cannot raise the remaining amount within ten days, they will go back to their village and let her die in peace over there.
Being parents, and muslims we simply couldn't let them go through this alone. As muslims we are taught to give back, to love our neighbors, and to help those in need, regardless of color, faith or humanity.
They have a small child, and we just could not let the family be torn apart because they couldn't afford her treatment. Her husband has been working endlessly to raise the amount. He has borrowed from friends and family to the best of his ability, but has still fallen short. We gave what we could, but there is still 700 remaining. Thats why we decided to help him.
