I've raised £1000 to support the set up funding for Lower Broadheath Community Shop

Following the closure of our village shop in May 2017 the local community have come together to develop a community shop run by the community for the community.
In June 2017 a village-wide survey showed enormous support for the effort to set up a new village shop. At a village meeting our committee was elected to register our community-owned company Lower Broadheath Community Shop Ltd.
We are now registered as a Community Benefit Society and have just been granted planning permission for a site near The Bell Inn. In order to start building our shop we need to raise initial funds to enable us begin work on the site. Help us make a difference to a small rural community by making a donation today!
Similar shops in Alfrick and Whitbourne are very successful, so there is every reason to suggest that we can be successful too!
