The Great British Staycation

In light of the COVID-19 Lockdown many of us will have missed recent holidays.

Many of us rely on our holidays to recharge, reset and spend quality time with the family.

So, Running Head First are introducing The Great British Staycation! #TGBS

We are proposing holiday themed Staycation challenges.

Of course our directors are going to be getting involved too . . .

Ash Cox and his family will be rowing 22 mile across the English Channel to reach France on a rowing machine in their own home!

Chris Redmond will be running to the Lake District, whilst not leaving his local area . . .

And I will be cycling the distance of Liverpool to Barcelona, that's 1090.2 miles in the month of June!
