Hi all,

As most of you know there is a young photographer based in Luanshya that has been contributing frequently to this group, his name is John Jay Ishmael Phiri. John recently made a post on the Luanshya Expats group that he has started filming a documentary, I am sure we are all excited to see what John comes up with in the next few months and in future.

I have spoken to John on several occasions and his passion for photography has always impressed, some of you know that I am a keen photographer myself. I decided to set up a fund raising page for John so I can purchase some equipment like backdrops, microphone and light stands to send to him, 100% of the contributions will go towards John's photography endeavours. No cash will be sent to John, I will personally consolidate everything in office and send it to Luanshya,

So if John has taken any photos for you or if you would like to make a contribution it would be greatly appreciated and you would be supporting John who wants to produce more photos and a documentary about Luanshya.
