preventionMany of you will know Lucinda, whether this is reaching you as her friend or family member, or you have seen her at a doTERRA event with her beautiful oil bags and clothing, or she has shared the gift of essential oils with you. You will know she is a beautiful (inside and out) 28 year old woman, who has a passion for health and helping others.

What you may not realise is the last half of last year Lucinda started to experience unspecified pain around her body, which then began to radiate into immense pain towards the end of the year. Her symptoms worsened but very little was done to help her in the medical world, bar prescribing pain relief medication. Eventually after nearly a month of not being able to eat very much, Lucinda was admitted to hospital due to not being able to keep any food down at all, just before Christmas, and when things got worse on New Year's Eve, she was eventually scanned, and it was at this point they discovered advanced colon cancer and she had to have an emergency operation. Since this point tumours have been found all around her body, including her spine, and more recently her brain.

The medical world say they discovered it too late, and their tool box can't provide any solutions. Thankfully many of us know the story does not have to be written this way. We know the power of plants, of nature, and we know that with the right mindset (which Lucinda most definitely has...you can take it from me, she is still the same strong minded, willed woman you have always known), and focused action, Lucinda has every hope of healing.

However, money is needed, because sadly this kind of care isn't free on the National Health Service. We need money for specialist appointments with Xandria Williams, a specialist who is concerned with cancer presentation and cancer support, juices, supplements, alternative therapies, infrared treatment, IV Vitamin C - we cannot let a lack of money hold us back in seeing Luci get better, and so we need your help. Anything you can give will be wisely used and greatly appreciated. It is times like this when we can come together as humans and make a difference.
