I am embarking on a personal running challenge this year and that is to enter and complete various 5K, 10K races. Good Friday, 30th March is my first race of a 5K distance.

I am supporting 2 charities that have helped friends/close friends with heartbreak and tragedy. Both charities are supporting baby loss.

Forget-me-not is a charity in the name of Baby Cottom. My dear friends sadly lost their baby girl at 23 weeks pregnant.

Each charity may be for a different story but ultimately each charity have supported and continue to support friends and people we don't know through times of unimaginable heartbreak and tragedy. So I am not just doing a one off event I am doing various running events and so you may see this page pop up more than once but please dig deep and give what you can whether it be for each race I partake in or just one, I will be so very grateful with whatever you can give.

Always remembering little Henry and Baby Cottom there is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.
