I'm raising £750 for disability support and to fund my mum's care.

Like I said the health trust are refusing to provide adequate care for my mum as they want to put her in a home at 55 years of age. She currently has been asking people to help put her to bed and paying for this out of pocket.

The main ways you can help is to contact the trust or the health minister and ask them to sort it out!!
