Imagine waking up every day not knowing where you are, imagine somebody you don't know in your home trying to help you get to bed. Imagine a complete stranger getting you dressed. Think how hard it is for family members to sit and watch their loved ones slowly slip away right in front of them, not knowing who they are after living an entire lifetime with them. This is happening to my family right now and it's heartbreaking to watch. If I could make it easier for my family in any way at all, I would do it in a heartbeat but unfortunately it's gone beyond that stage now. My Nonno has Alzheimer's and doesn't know who any of us are anymore. I've watched him slowly deteriorate and forget more and more about his present day life. I've watched my Nonna care for him the best she can, she would never see him go without. These two people have worked hard their whole lives and are now faced with this terrible disease. It doesn't just effect the patient but the family members dealing with it too. Please help me raise some money that will be given to my Nonna to help her with trips to the hospital and anything she may need to help care for my Nonno. They are amazing grandparents and don't deserve this so let's try, together, to take some pressure off for them. Thank
