Hey everyone,
I'll be running a half marathon to raise money to support my unpaid project on HIV/ AIDS in Uganda!
Uganda's life expectancy is only 55 years. This is unacceptably low. In 2017, there were 50,000 new HIV infections in Uganda, and 26,000 AIDS-related deaths. This is a huge threat to the country's public health, security and development.
I'm supporting the HIV/ AIDS initiatives of the United Nations to accurately and effectively target prevention, treatment and service delivery. The HIV/ AIDS epidemic must end.
Any donations will be gratefully received, and will assist the completion of this invaluable work. Thank you.
