On 22 April 2018 I will be standing on the start line of the London Marathon with thousands of other lucky runners.

I was one of the few people to get through on the ballot and so could choose the charity I would like to run for.

Having attended a few of the Access Theatre productions in Launceston over the years I decided this would be a charity I would want to run the Marathon for.

The Access Theatre Company employs a range of professional dance and drama professionals such as Attik Dance, Oddbodies, and Rogue Theatre to make exciting and challenging theatre productions of the highest standard.

The Access Theatre have regular costs such as insurance, hall hire and some volunteers & administration costs which have to be met and therefore your donation is greatly welcomed.

The Access Theatre welcomes anyone who feels they need a little extra support and includes adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and mental health issues. The age range is between 20 and 60.
