    Story

12 weeks ago my dear friend at the age of 33 was at work as normal when she lost the feeling & use of her left leg, she then attended A&E thinking it was a trapped nerve, after being admitted they ran some tests & gave her a MRI to then be told she had had a small stroke!!! Over the next 12 weeks she has been prodded & pocked & had to wait for the results. It was a long few weeks & Kerry never expected what happened next. The reason for Kerry’s stroke was down to the fact they had found a hole in her heart. Kerry needs an operation to sew up her hole but the Great NHS have decided not to fund theses operations any more . There is a waiting list to be referred & this can take up to 2 yrs & then she may not even be given the money. Kerry takes regular medication & does as shes told to prevent it happening again but she lives in constant fear of it happening again & the next time she may not be so lucky. Kerry needs our help we have lots of fund raising events coming up & we will keep you posted. Please dig deep help us het Kerry sewn up!. Kerry has a 9yrold son Cameron & he needs his mummy to last forever. Thank you all for taking time to read Kerrys story , let the antics begin we have some serious dosh to raise. Xxx
