Story

I still remember the first day we met.

I said to myself:

She must have been courageous as she left her family to cross an sea to follow her heart. That's why she was so special to me!

I LIKED HER RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE SHE WAS remind me my family and she always gave me extra spirit when I was missing my family.

She had A SIDE OF BIG SMILE AND GREAT ATTITUDE.

She died of ovarian cancer earlier on 14th of August aged 57.

It was shocking and I couldnt get my head around it.

On the way from her funeral , I tried to push away the grief, but it didn't go.

I still cannot believe that she is gone.

But you must allow yourself to grieve. If you try to stay busy and put it out of your mind, it will catch up to you. You’re going to feel it at some point. It’s best to let it happen when it happens.

I won’t fully understand the depths of grief of her family but the pain is crippling.

I am going to organise my own trek and start fundraising money for her family and Marie Curie Hospice West Midlands.

I will run Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on 31st October 2017 and you can also join me during running or simply share my challenge with the others.

To honour her memory and to help everyone who knew Vivian deal with her passing.

I want to give her and the other brave ill people who followed their hearts a voice.

'I believe the success of the event will due to the willingness of everyone to support her family and Marie Curie Hospice West Midlands and the love and respect for Viv ❤️
