Roman is a 3 year old cerebral palsy warrior. roman had a stroke before birth which lead to brain damage. He has right side weakness. Roman suffers with dystonia which is muscle pain caused by spasms. water helps roman immensly. it helps with the pain and helps build his muscles. Roman cannot walk unaided but we hope for this in the furture. we have held a festival called The Roman Festival and it was very successful but we still haven’t reached our target for the pool. Our future goal will be to open this up to our local community for other children and adults with disabilities As there is nothing in our area (holbeach, lincolnshire) that provides this, we hope that they get the same benefits Roman does.
