Safe Harbour is a community support group in Gorran Haven which aims to help you to become your happiest self.
Safe Harbour will provide fortnightly coffee, cake and chat meetings at the memorial hall and hold art/music therapy workshops, host inspirational speakers and have activities to promote mindfullness.
